During Preparation Cypro keeps record of all predefined performance indicators, e.g. of all batch data, type and quantity of active ingredient, making every preparation traceable at any time.

Comprehensive documentation

The recording of detailed patient data and clinical data relevant to the treatment together with full documentation of the cytotoxic preparation enables control and documentation throughout a patient’s course of treatment. All data is recorded in the Cypro database so that no paper or labels need to be kept as records, saving space, time and money.
 
The entire preparation process including scheduling (input of patient data and prescription), preparation, documentation and compilation of statistics is greatly simplified and accelerated.  
 
The Production Management keeps record of e. g. every lot number and quantity used in the respective preparation, while the Loss Management is used for the listing of possible expositions to cytotoxics and thus can provide data for further occupational health analysis.
